Abstract

تستعرض هذه الد ا رسة تطور مؤشر GEMS في الج ا زئر بين 2021 و 2023 ، تركز على تقييم مستوى نضج الخدمات الحكومية الإلكترونية ومدى تطورها واستخدامها ورضا المستخدمين عنها، يتم تحليل تأثير السياسات الوطنية والدولية على جودة هذه الخدمات ، المنهجية تشمل جمع البيانات من مصادر موثوق ة واستخدام أدوات التحليل الإحصائي لتقييم التغي ا ر ت ، النتائج تشير إلى تحسن في جودة الخدمات مع استم ا رر التحديات في بعض المجالا ت ، توصي الد ا رسة بتعزيز السياسات البيئية وزيادة الوعي للحفاظ على البيئةThis study reviews the development of the GEMS index in Algeria between 2021 and 2023. It focuses on assessing the maturity level of electronic government services, their development, usage, and user satisfaction. The study analyzes the impact of national and international policies on the quality of these services. The methodology includes collecting data from reliable sources and using statistical analysis tools to evaluate changes. The results indicate an improvement in service quality, with ongoing challenges in some areas. The study recommends enhancing environmental policies and raising awareness to maintain environmental sustainability
