Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى توافر أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية (العدالة، المشاركة في السلطة، وضوح الدور، التوجه بالأفراد، النزاهة، التوجيه الأخلاقي، الاهتمام بالاستدامة) لدى قيادات جامعة غرداية من وجهة نظر الموظفين. بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي للإلمام بكل الجوانب الأدبية لمفهوم وأبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية مع أسلوب دراسة الحالة ومجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية في الجانب التطبيقي، واستخدام أداة الاستبيان لتجميع البيانات من عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في مجموعة من الموظفين بكليات جامعة غرداية. حيث تم توزيع إستبيان ورقي وإلكتروني على مختلف الموظفين برتبة أستاذ وإداري وأستاذ إداري من أجل استقصاء وجهة نظرهم حول موضوع الدراسة، تم الحصول على 220 رد اعتبر قابل للمعالجة وتم تحليلها بالاستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS. وقد تم الوصول إلى وجود تباين في توافر أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية (العدالة، المشاركة في السلطة، وضوح الدور،التوجه بالأفراد، النزاهة، التوجيه الأخلاقي، الاهتمام بالاستدامة) لدى القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة غرداية، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد العينة حول مدى توافر أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية لدى قيادات جامعة غرداية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية This study aimed to determine the availability of the dimensions of ethical leadership (Justice, power sharing, role clarity, people orientation, integrity, moral guidance, concern for sustainability) among the leaders of the University of Ghardaia from the point of view of employees. Relying on the descriptive approach to familiarize yourself with all the literary aspects of the concept and dimensions of ethical leadership with the case study method and a set of statistical tools in the applied aspect, and using the questionnaire tool to collect data from the study sample represented by a group of employees at the faculties of the University of Ghardaia. Where a paper and electronic questionnaire was distributed to various employees at the rank of professor, administrator and administrative professor in order to investigate their point of view on the subject of the study, 220 responses were obtained, which were considered treatable and analyzed using the SPSS statistical package. It was found that there is a discrepancy in the availability of the dimensions of ethical leadership (justice, power sharing, role clarity, people orientation, integrity, moral guidance, concern for sustainability) among academic leaders at the University of Ghardaia, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences between the answers of the sample members about the extent The availability of the dimensions of ethical leadership among the leaders of the University of Ghardaia due to personal and occupational variables
