Abstract

تتناول هذه الد ا رسة موضوع نظم الدفع الإلكتروني في الج ا زئر، باعتبارها من الركائز الأساسية لتحديث المنظومة المالية وتعزيز الاقتصاد الرقمي. وتهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على تطور هذه النظم وآليات عملها، مع التركيز على شركة SATIM )الشركة الج ا زئرية للتسويات بين البنوك( كحالة د ا رسية. وقد اعتمدت الد ا رسة على منهج وصفي تحليلي لد ا رسة واقع الدفع الإلكتروني، من خلال تحليل البيانات المتاحة حول البنية التحتية التقنية، والخدمات المقدمة، والتحديات التي تواجهها الشركة في تفعيل نظام دفع إلكتروني فعّال وآمن. توصلت الد ا رسة إلى أن شركة SATIM تلعب دو ا ر محوري ا في تنظيم وتطوير خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني في الج ا زئر، غير أن هناك تحديات تتعلق بالثقة الأمنية، الوعي المجتمعي، وتحديث التشريعات، والتي ينبغي تجاوزها لتحقيق انتقال رقمي شامل، تم د ا رسة هذا البحث من يوم 10 أفريل الى 20 ماي 2025 .This study explores the electronic payment systems in Algeria as a fundamental pillar for modernizing the financial system and fostering the digital economy. It aims to highlight the evolution and operational mechanisms of these systems, focusing on SATIM (Société d'Automatisation des Transactions Interbancaires et Monétiques) as a case study. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the current state of electronic payments by analyzing available data on technological infrastructure, offered services, and the challenges faced by the company in implementing a secure and efficient e-payment system. The findings indicate that SATIM plays a crucial role in organizing and developing e-payment services in Algeria.
