Research title in English : The implications of the Engagement A comparative study of Islamic juriprodance and positive law. The Study Will be Tackle en issue concerns With one of the most important issues The family ,Within The social life of human , Which it related With The affects That be happen behind The engagement . As a euro lation oral study between The Islamic juriprodance and positive law However The problematic accumulates That How are provisions of engagement Wi Him Low and Islamic law ? and what are Their impacts ? and Hom can turn it off when someone or both of them want to turning it off , and is it by arbitrariness or no ? So for the suggestion of answering the problematic I decided this research to two chapter, The first chapter contains the concept of engagement as result of arbitrariness and compensation in using their rights .
