Abstract

In the name of allah the most beneficent the most merciful , and peace and blessings be upon his prophets and messengers , following : Rulings on the abortion between Islamic law and contemporary medicine , is a reasearch started with terms related to the fetus and its stages in islamic law and modern medicine , where the terms related to fetus in all its phases are detailed and it also referred to the ruling of the along with the related terms to abortion , abortion that must be maintained , and the scholars differed about abortion before the soul was breathed in , and aborting the deformed fetus on the grounds that it’s affected by community criticism and such , and the rulings that related to the blood that followed , and the reaseach concludes with it’s findings .
