دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تسهيل الدفع الإلكتروني دراسة حالة تطبيق بريدي موب

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تسهيل وتحسين المعاملات المالية البريدية في بريد الجزائر عن طريق الدفع الالكتروني، واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على منهجين وصفي وتحليلي في الفصل الأول، اما الفصل الثاني أجريت الدراسية حول التطبيق الالكتروني بريدي موب وهو تطبيق صادر من مؤسسة بريد الجزائر واجريت الدراسة بالمقابلة مع الهيئات المختصة في إدارة بريدي موب من خلال عشرة أسئلة حول التطبيق واستخدام استطلاع راي لعينة مكونة من خمسين شخص. وفي الأخير تحصلنا على النتائج الدراسة ان بريد الجزائر يستخدم التكنولوجيا المالية الالكترونية في خدماته متل تطبيق بريدي موب أظهرت الدراسة ان تطبيق بريدي موب حسن من سمعة مؤسسة بريد الجزائر وسهل عمليات الدفع بين الأشخاصThis study seeks to evaluate the role of financial technology in facilitating and improving postal financial transactions at Algeri Post through electronic payment. This study relied on two descriptive and analytical approaches in the first chapter.
