إن المغزى المراد به من مسرحية "الموجة وال ت" لـ سليمان بن عيسى هو أن يشرح الوضع العام للجزائر وتسلسل الأحداث السياسية فيه، وما نتيجة عدم االستقرار، إلا انعكاس لصورة الحكومات المتعاقبة والسياسات العرجاء، وقد طرح حلا لإشكالية الإنتماء والتخفيف من غلواء العنصرية المقيتة، وهذا بالتخلص من الجهوية، واالاحترام المتبادل وعدم المساس بهوية وحرية الأفراد والجماعات...، كما حملت المسرحية رسالة وهي رغم تعدد الطوائف والعروش إلا أنه يجب يكون الاحترام سيد الموقف بين أبناء البلد الواحد، ويمكن العيش في جو هادئ وإخواني، لأن التنوع اللغوي والديني والثقافي ليس عائقا حياة الفرد الجزائري، وإنما الواجب هو الاشتغال بقضايا الوطن كونه هو الألم والمظلة التي تجمعنا والرهان على كيفية الحفاظ عليه؛ كما كانت المسرحية صوت ولسان الفئة المهمشة من الشعب وخاصة النخبة المثقفة منه.
