دور الذكاء الاقتصادي في إدارة الأزمات دراسة حالة مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب الحلزونية – غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الذكاء الاقتصادي في إدارة الأزمات وكيف تساهم في تجنب وتقليل من حدة الأزمة داخل المؤسسة ، بحيث قمنا بالدراسة في المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب الحلزونية وحدة غرداية " ألفابايب " ، وتم إتباع في هذه الدراسة على منهج الوصفي ، ويعتبر الذكاء الاقتصادي من الأنظمة الحديثة التي تهتم بحماية المعلومة وكذالك في مواجهة الأزمات بمختلف مراحلها قبل و أثناء وبعد الأزمة ، ومن خلال هاته الدراسة استنتجنا أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق عناصر الذكاء الاقتصادي و مواجهة الأزمات التي تمر بالمؤسسة " ألفابايب " . ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تم وضع بعض من الاقتراحات أهمها : وجب على المؤسسة ألفابايب استخدام تقنيات جديدة وعناصر الذكاء الاقتصادي من أجل التنبؤ ومواكبة تغيرات الحاصلة في بيئة المؤسسة الداخلية والخارجية وكذالك حماية المعلومة ومحاولة التحكم فيها يعتبر من أهم الأمور الأساسية لتطبيق الذكاء الاقتصادي في المؤسسةThis study aims to find out the role of economic intelligence in crisis management and how it contributes to avoiding and reducing the severity of the crisis within the organization , So that we studied at the Algerian enterprise for the manufacture of spiral pipes unit ALFAPIPE-GHARDAIA , In this study a descriptive ,this is with aim of economic intelligence of modern systems that rely on information protection in the face of crises ،its elements before and after the crisis. we concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the application of elements of economic intelligence and coping with crises that are going through the institution of ALFAPIPE. Through this study, some of the suggestions were developed, the most important of which are : the ALFAPIPE organization should use new technologies and elements of economic intelligence in order to predict and keep abreast of changes occurring in the internal and external environment of the organization, as well as protecting information and trying to control it is one of the most basic things to apply economic intelligence in the institution
