التحريات المالية في الإيالات المغاربية من خلال الوثائق العثمانية في النصف الثاني من القرن 10ه-16م

Abstract

تطمح هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على "التحريات المالية في الإيالات المغاربية (الجزائر، طرابلس الغرب، تونس)، وذلك من خلال ما توفر من وثائق عثمانية خلال النصف الثاني من القرن 10ه/ 16م. كمحاولة لتقديم صورة حول واقع الإجراءات المالية والرقابة اليومية، والآليات المتبعة في تحري الأموال والمصادر الاقتصادية التي كانت تتبع في هذه الإيالات. تهدف الدراسة إلى استقراء المعطيات الواردة في الوثائق العثمانية لتحليل طبيعة التحريات المالية، الأطراف المشاركة فيها، وأثرها على الاقتصاد والمجتمع المغاربي. وتأتي هذه الدراسة كمحاولة جادة للإسهام في فهم أعمق للأنظمة المالية في العهد العثماني، مستندة على مادة علمية تاريخية غنية. This study aims to shed light on "financial investigations in the Maghrebi provinces (Algeria, west Tripoli, and Tunisia)" by utilizing available Ottoman documents from the second half of the 10th century AH/16th century CE. It seeks to provide an overview of the daily financial and oversight procedures, as well as the mechanisms employed in tracing funds and economic resources in these provinces. The study endeavors to extrapolate data from Ottoman documents to analyze the nature of financial investigations, the parties involved, and their impact on the Maghrebi economy and society.This research represents a serious effort to contribute to a deeper understanding of financial systems during the Ottoman era, relying on rich historical and scholarly material.
