Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر التسيير المالي للمؤسسات الإقتصادية لدعم هذا قمنا بإجراء التربص في المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب حيث تم إعتماد المنهج الوصفي في السياق النظري لتحديد مدى تأثير التسيير المالي على أدائها ومن الناحية العلمية تم الإعتماد على دراسة النسب والمقاييس المالية المختلفة تتعامؿ المؤسسة مع أط ا رؼ متعددة بيدؼ الحك عمى وضعيا بناء عمى النتائج التي حققتيا وقياس أدائيا. ومف الأساليب المعتمدة في عمميات الإدارة، ذكرنا التسيير المالي لمبيانات المالية، والذي يمكف مف اب ا رز الوضع المالي وقياس الأداء واظيار نقاط القوة والضعؼ وتحديد أوجه القصور لتصحيحها This study aims to shed light on the impact of financial management on economic institutions. In support of this, we conducted an internship at the Algerian Pipe Industry Company ALFA PIPE. The descriptive method was adopted in the theoretical context to determine the extent of the impact of financial management on its performance. Practically, we rely on studying various financial ratios and measures. The institution deals with multiple stakeholders with the aim of assessing its status based on the results it has achieved and measuring its performance. Among the methods adopted in management operations, we mentioned financial analysis of financial data, which enables highlighting the financial situation, measuring performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and identifying areas of deficiency for correction
