التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة : شركة نفطال _ولاية غرداية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التخطيط الاستراتيجي بمؤسسة نفطال بغرداية، وقد تم استخدام دراسة المنهج الوصفي لكونه يتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى الإعتماد على أسلوب دراسة حالة في جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان تم تصميمه لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، حيث تم التأكد من صدقه وثباته وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة الموظفين بمديرية نفطال بغرداية الذين لهم علاقة بموضوع الدراسة وبلغت عينة الدراسة ) 93 ( مفردة، وتم تحليل البيانات المحصلة باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) ، وقد توصلنا إلى نتائج التالية : - وجود تخطيط الإستراتيجي فعال داخل مؤسسة نفطال . - وعي العاملين بمفهوم وأهمية التخطيط الاستراتيجي داخل مؤسسة نفطالThis study aimed to identify the reality of strategic planning at the NAFTAL Directorate in Ghardaïa. The descriptive method was used as it suits the subject of the study, in addition to relying on a case study approach to collect data through a questionnaire designed to achieve the study's objectives. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. The study sample consisted of employees at the NAFTAL Directorate in Guardia who are related to the study topic, totaling 39 individuals.
