Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دور الثقة التنظيمية في بناء الالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين في البنوك، حيث كان عينة الدراسة في (60) عامل في بنك الوطني الجزائري BNA وحدة متليلي ولاية غرداية و قد تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة واستعمال الحزم الإحصائية في عملية التفريغ من خلال برنامج الحزم الإحصائية " SPSS " نسخة 20 وقد تم حساب فرضيات الدراسة، حيث أظهرت النتائج ما يلي:  توجه الثقة التنظيمية في بناء الالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين في بنك الوطني BNA الجزائري وكالة متليلي ولاية غرداية مرتفع. لا تؤثر الثقة بالمشرفين على الالتزام التنظيمي العاطفي بمدى متوسط. لا تؤثر الثقة بالزملاء على الالتزام التنظيمي المعياري بمدى متوسط. تؤثر الثقة بالإدارة العليا على الالتزام التنظيمي المستمر بمدى مرتفع. This study aims to the role of organizational confidence in building the organizational commitment among bank workers, as the study sample in (60) workers in the Algerian National Bank BNA Metloli Unit of Ghardaia State and the descriptive approach was used in the study and the use of statistical packages in the discharge process through The statistical package "SPSS" version 20 and the study hypotheses have been calculated, where the results showed the following: Organizational confidence in building the organizational commitment to workers in the Algerian National Bank, BNA, is directed to the Agency of Matlilia, the state of Ghardaia, high. The confidence in the supervisors does not affect the emotional organizational commitment by an average range. Confidence in colleagues does not affect the standard organizational commitment by an average range. Confidence in the senior management affects the continuous organizational commitment to a high range.
