Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور حاضنات و مسرعات الأعمال في مرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة، وذلك من خلال إسهام الحاضنات والمسرعات في تطوير بيئة المؤسسات الناشئة من خلال الخدمات التي تقدمانها لهذه الشركات، وكذا مساهمتهم في تطوير المشاريع وزيادة فرص نجاحها وإستمرارها، بالإضافة إلى تطوير مهارات أصحاب المشاريع وذلك من خلال توضيح المفاهيم المتعلقة بحاضنة ومسرعة الأعمال وأنواعهم وأهمية وأهداف وعوامل نجاح وفشل حاضنة الأعمال وكذلك ظهور مسرعة الأعمال وخصائصها وكيفية قياسها This study aims to highlight the role of incubators and accelerators in accompanying emerging enterprises Through the contribution of incubators and accelerators to the development of the environment of start-ups or enterprises through their services to these companies, They also contribute to the development of enterprises and increase their chances of success and sustainability, in addition to developing the skills of entrepreneurs by clarifying the concepts of incubator and accelerator of business, their types and the importance, objectives and factors of success and failure of incubator of business, as well as the emergence of accelerator of business and its characteristics and how to measure them
