At the end the conclusion thatincluded the most important findings and recommendations I have foundthatitcontributes to the service of thissubjectwhichis about the study. This studyevenit has aset of resultsof each issue addressed, but at the same time it shows the ability of islamic jurisprudence to provide solutions, and provisions for the new arrivals in fasting and pilgrimage, thatresponds to the reality and challenges of today on the one hand, and commensuratewith the capacitiesand conditions of the taxpayers and theircircumstances on the other hand.
