Abstract

The antifungal effect of aqueous extracts of dried date palms (Ghars and Tafzwine cultivars) in the Ghardaïa region on phytopathogenic fungi of fruit and vegetable crops (Pseudoperonospora sp, Alternaria alternata, Botrytis sp, Aspergilus niger, fusarium sp, Rhizoctonia solani , Aspergilus ochraseus) was studied in vitro. The results obtained show that the extracts of Tafzwine and the mixture of Ghars and Tafzwine have no inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of Pseudoperonospora sp, Alternaria alternata, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium sp, Botrytis sp and the fungi studied which have shown a resistance. It is not very effective on Aspergilus ochraseus and Aspergilus niger, except for the extract of Ghars penne which has had a positive effect on Pseudoperonospora sp and gave the best inhibition rate because doses (1μL, 2μL, 3L , 87%, 87%, 88%, 88%, respectively, were reported and poorly effective on Aspergilus ochraseus and Aspergilus niger.
