Abstract

ان دارس لموضوع التوافق الاباضي المالكي في كل من ورقلة و تقرت و غرداية خلال العهد العثماني، يجب عليه الوقوف على حقيقة التوافق بين المذهبين و ذلك من خلال البحث و الاستقصاء في طبيعة العلاقات فيما بينهم ، و هذا ماكدته هذه الدراسة ، فالبرغم من الاختلاف المذهبي الا اننا وجدنا ان هناك توافق في عدة مجالات ، في الفترة المدروسة ، و هذا ما اكده المذهبان للمجتمعات الاخرى في ظل وجود صراعات Whoever studies the issue of Ibadi-Maliki compatibility in Ouargla, Touggourt, and Ghardaia during the Ottoman era, it is necessary to determine the reality of compatibility between the two sects, through research and investigation into the nature of the relations between them. This is confirmed by this study. Despite the sectarian difference, we found that there was consensus in several areas during the period covered by the study, and this was confirmed by the two sects in relation to other societies in the presence of conflicts.
