تقييم طرق اساليب المحاسبة الادارية في اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة (دراسة تطبيقية لعينة من مؤسسة -ALFPIPE – بغرداية)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على موضوع تقييم تطبيق أساليب المحاسبة الإدارية في اتخاذ القرار بمؤسسة ALFAPIPEمن خلال معالجته للإشكالية التي تتمحور حول مامدى أهمية تطبيق أساليب المحاسبة الإدارية في اتخاذ القرار بمؤسسة ALFAPIPE ؟ والتعرف على الأساليبالأكثر تطبيقا بهذه المؤسسة ومدى أهميتها في اتخاذ القرار . وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة وبغية تحقيق أهداف هذه الأخيرة تم استخدام أداة الاستبانة والتي قدرت ب40 استمارة وزعت على عينة الدراسة بالمؤسسة التي شملت المسؤولينوالإداريين بما فيهم العمال بوحدة ALFAPIPE غرداية، وقد توصلنا من خلال الدراسة أنأساليب المحاسبة الإدارية من الامور الهامة والضرورية بالنسبة للمؤسسة والعاملين بها كما يوجد هنالك اثر ايجابي لها على اتخاذ القرار بالمؤسسة This study aims to identify the subject of evaluating the application of managerial accounting methods in decision-making at ALFAPIPE, by addressing the problem that revolves around the importance of applying management accounting methods in decision-making at ALFAPIPE? And to identify the methods most applied in this institution and their importance in decision-making. The analytical descriptive approach was followed in this study, and in order to achieve the objectives of the latter, the questionnaire tool was used, which was estimated at 40 forms distributed to the study sample in the institution, which included officials and administrators, including workers in the unit ALFAPIPE Ghardaia, and we found through the study that the methods of administrative accounting are important matters It is necessary for the institution and its employees, and there is a positive impact on the decision-making in the institution
