المرافقة المقاولاتية ودورها في إنشاء وتطوير المؤسسات الناشئة دراسة حالة دار المقاولاتية جامعة غرداية – ( 2018 – 2023 )

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز المرافقة المقاولاتية في دار المقاولاتية بجامعة غرداية في إنشاء وتطوير المؤسسات الناشئة. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، كما تم استخدام أسلوب دراسة الحالة، واعتماد على المعلومات وأداة الملاحظة البسيطة والمقابلة ومن أجل دراسة المتغيرات والعلاقات في المؤسسة المدروسة. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج التالية: توجد المتطلبات الأساسية في دار المقاولاتية في جامعة غرداية تمكنها من القيام بالمرافقة المقاولاتية للطلبة يتمثل أثر المرافقة المقاولاتية للطلبة لدار المقاولاتية بجامعة غرداية في إنشاء وتطوير المؤسسات الناشئة في مرافقة الطلبة من بداية فكرة المشروع وحتى تنفيذه على أرض الواقع This study aims at the role of entrepreneurial support in the Entrepreneurship House at Ghardaïa University in the establishment and development of emerging enterprises. This study relied on the descriptive approach, and the case study method was used, relying on information and the simple observation and interview tool in order to study the variables and relationships in the studied institution. This study reached a set of the following results:  There are basic requirements in the House of Entrepreneurship at the University of Ghardaia that enables it to carry out entrepreneurial accompaniment for students;  The impact of the entrepreneurial accompaniment of students at the Entrepreneurial House at Ghardaia University is represented in the establishment and development of emerging institutions in accompanying students from the beginning of the project idea until its implementation on the ground
