Abstract

The Objective of this Study the impact of emotional intelligence on Strategic Leadership Marketing in the Electricity and Gas distribution Company Ghardaia. In order to Achieve This Objective, The Analytical Descriptive Method And Statistical Data Were Adopted. In Addition, The Data Analysis and Testing of Hypotheses Were carried out through the Statistical Pro-gram (spss), Using Statistical Method (Alpha Crombach).
