Abstract

ﻫﺪﻓﺖ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻮﺭﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺜﻴﺔﺇلىﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻣﺴﺎهمﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻨﺔفي تحﺴين ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﺎلي ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻲ في ﺍلجﺰﺍﺋﺮ، ﺣﻴﺚ ﺗﻌﺘبر ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺑين ﺍﻷﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟتي ﺗﺴﺎﻫﻢ ﺑﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﻛﺒيرﺓ في تحﺴين ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﺎلي ﻭﺍﻟﺮﻗﻲ ﺑﺎلجﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻲ ﻓﻴﻬﺎﺇلىﻣﺼﺎﻑ ﺍلجﺎﻣﻌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻜبرﻯ، ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻗﺪﻣﻨﺎ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﺎﺕﺍﻟتي ﻧﺮﺍﻫﺎ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﻳﺔﻭﻣﻦ ﺃهمﻬﺎﺗﻮﻓير ﺍﻟﺒﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺘﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔ ﻭﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺍلهﻴﻜﻠﺔ ﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﺪﺭﻳﺲ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ في ﺍلجﺎﻣﻌﺎﺕ، ﺬﺍﺳﻮﻑ تحﻘﻖ ﺍلجﺰﺍﺋﺮ ﻧﻘﻠﺔ ﻧﻮﻋﻴﺔ في ﻛﻞ مجﺎﻻﺕ ﺍلحﻴﺎﺓ ﻷﻥ ﺍلجﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻲ ﻫﻮ ﺷﺮﻳﺎﻥ ﺗﻄﻮﺭ في مخﺘﻠﻒ ﺍﻼﺕThis paper aimed to study the contribution of digitization to the improvement of higher education and scientific research in Algeria. Digitization is one of the tools that greatly contribute to the improvement of higher education and the advancement of the university and its scientific research to the ranks of major universities. Through this study we have made some recommendations that we deem necessary, the most important of which is the provision of the necessary digital infrastructure and the restructuring of the teaching and working system in universities. In this way, Algeria will make a qualitative shift in all spheres of life because university and scientific research is an artery of development in various journals..
