Abstract

تتعرض هذه الدراسة إلى دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء المؤسسات من وجهة نظر العاملين، وذلك من خلال إبراز علاقتها بأداء العاملين في مجال اتخاذ القرار ومجال الأرشفة وحفظ الملفات، ومجال إدارة الموارد البشرية، ومجال التسويق، حيث تم ال ت طرق إلى مفهوم تكن ولوجيا المعل ومات، ومفهوم الأداء وأهم المهارات والموارد اللازمة لتشغيل هذه التكنولوجيا بشكل يرفع من مستوى أداء المؤسسة ككل، ولأجل ربط الجانب النظري بالجانب العملي فقد تم الاستعانة بد راسة واقع مؤسسات القطاع الصحي كنموذج لتوضيح العناصر ال س الفة ال ذكرThis study examines the role of information technology in the performance improvement of the institutions from the employee’s perspective, by accentuate its relationship to the performance of employees in decision-making, archiving and files savings, human resources management, and marketing . Refer to the concept of information technology, the performance, the most significant dexterity and the resources needed to operate this technology which enhance the performance of the institutions The study of the reality of health sector institutions was used as a model to clarify the above-mentioned elements
