Abstract

This study deals with the subject of the impact of Islamic criminal policy in the face of financial corruption, bribery as a model. The impact of faith in that, then it touched upon the impact of Islamic criminal policy in confronting the crime of bribery by presenting the Islamic legal texts and then explaining them. After that, the situational criminal policy of the Algerian legislator in the face of money crimes of embezzlement, fraud

and fraud was clarified by presenting the legal texts and then explaining them. And because the lesson is the results, I ended my study with a comparison between the Islamic criminal policy and the positional policy of the Algerian legislator. It became clear to me that the Islamic criminal policy preceded the Algerian legislator by some ways in the prevention and treatment of corruption crimes in general and the crime of bribery in particular.
