Abstract

he work of this research has generally gone towards demonstrating the role of doctrinal adaptation in rationalizing and guiding the contemporary financial opinion, its importance in judging related issues, and deciding its impact on contributing to the consistency and unity of legislative logic, as it is an instrument in synthesizing the whole and part of the law as the demand and need of the modern age. This was organized through a detailed, interrelated and integrated investigation that blocked each other's misses; From revealing what it is and all that is relevant to its concept, showing the foundations, straighteners and basic necessities that shape its mineral and interfere with its composition, to trying to analyze the plan and trends of contemporaries in adapting contemporary financial issues and the methodological number handled in each direction, to representing all of these in its practical image through some contemporary applications.
