Abstract

هدفت الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على الأثر القائم بين جودة حياة العمل على الاستغ ا رق الوظيفي في بنك الج ا زئر الخارجي B.E.A ، وقد اعتدت الد ا رسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ولتحقيق أهداف الد ا رسة اعتمدنا على مقياسين، مقياس جودة حياة العمل والذي يضم 4 أبعاد، ومقياس الاستغ ا رق الوظيفي، حيث قمنا بتطبيق هذين المقياسين على عينة من عمال بنك الج ا زئر الخارجي وقد خلصت الد ا رسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج توصي إلى تحسين الحياة الوظيفية لدى العمال ودعم الاستق ا رر النفسي لهم وتحفيزهم لتحقيق الرضا الوظيفي، وكذا سعي المؤسسة لتعزيز الاستق ا رر والأمان الوظيفي للعمال داخل المؤسسة The study aimed to identify the impact between the quality of the life of work on job immersion at the B.E.A Foreign Bank, and the study was accustomed to the descriptive analytical approach and to achieve the goals of the study. These two measurements are on a sample of the foreign workers of the Bank of Algeria. The study concluded with a set of results that recommend improving the job life of workers and supporting psychological stability for them and motivating them to achieve job satisfaction, as well as the institution's endeavor to enhance stability and job safety for workers within the institution.
