Abstract

This article deals with the protection of fields and orchards, It is one of the agricultural activities practiced by farmers in the Maghreb during the Middle Ages, but this activity was not studied in my knowledge,Although it is very important, Because it is necessary for the success of the agricultural season, It is also a source of livelihood for many. This study relies on the texts of the sources, especially Islamic jurisprudence (al-fiqh) sources, foremost among which are the books of al-Nawazil.
