Abstract

Work had been one the greatest thing that man used to do in and time and civilization through the history ;because of its great importance in the development and the prosperity of civilization .the concept of labor progressed many phases. Firstly ,in ancient times ,work was based on Practicing power control over slaves by the masters class .This was until the middle ages .however ,the concept of work has changed with the emergence of Islam .Islam makes work a necessity on Earth .there are many groups inside the territory of Islamic state :Muslims ,people of dhimma , and trustees. First ,Muslims were linked to the Islamic state by the Islamic faith .Secondly ,the people of dhimma are associated with the state with the bond of dhimma ,thirdly, trustees who were associated with the state with the safety contract .these last are entitled to work inside the Islamic states such as Algeria .However , working must be according the Islamic regulations and lanes which are mentioned in the law 10 -81 ,relating to the conditions of employment of foreign workers in Algeria .
