النسق التكنولوجي و أثره على الأداء الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة الفابيب ALFAPIPE لصناعة الأنابيب بغرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة: إلى معرفة أثر النسق التكنولوجي على الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسة الإقتصادية لصناعة الأنابيب آلفابيب Alfapipe بغرداية، من خلال طرح التساؤل التالي: هل للنسق التكنولوجي أثر على الأداء الوظيفي للعمال في المؤسسة الاقتصادية لصناعة الأنابيب ألفابيب بغرداية ؟ واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والملاحظة والاستمارة لجمع المعطيات من عينة قصدية تمثلت في 65 مبحوث، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن النسق التكنولوجي التقني عبر إستحداث التقنيات والآلات التكنولوجية أثر على أداء العامل اضافة الي أن التكوين على التكنولوجيا التقنية أثر على الأداء الوظيفي للعمال وذلك من خلال تنمية قدراتهم وخبراتهم لمواكبة التطورات والتكيف مع التغيرات الطارئة والتحكم والسيطرة في إستخدام الآلات التكنولوجية.This study aims to: To know the impact of the technological system on job performance in the economic institution for the pipe industry, Alfapipe, in Ghardaia, by asking the following question: Does the technological system have an impact on the job performance of workers in the economic institution for the pipe industry, Alfapipe, in Ghardaia? It relied on the descriptive analytical approach, observation, and questionnaires to collect data from a purposive sample of 65 respondents. The results showed that the technical technological system, through the introduction of technological techniques and machines, affected the worker’s performance, in addition to that training on technical technology affected the job performance of the workers, through developing their capabilities. And their expertise to keep pace with developments, adapt to urgent changes, and control and control the use of technological machines.
