النظام القانوني للصناعة الصيدلانية في الجزائر

Abstract

وضع المشرع الجزائري الأحكام القانونية للصناعة الصيدلية في الجزائر عرفها بتحديد خصائصها كما أنها تأثرت بانعكاسات الدولية عليها كباقي القطاعات الصناعية الأخرى. تتميز هذه الصناعة بخصوصية كبيرة وتعد من أهم الصناعات في العالم وذلك نظرا لدورها في تحقيق الأمن الصحي ومكانتها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، بدليل أن طلب الدولي المتوجات الدوائية لا يمكن أن ينخفض مما يعني ضرورة العمل على تشجيع الاستثمار لهذا القطاع الاستراتيجي وان عملية تطوير الصناعات الصيدلانية الدوائية الجديدة والمبتكرة من اجل حصول على التكنولوجيا الدوائية تساهم في نجاح التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية تعتمد بالأساس على جمع بين جهود بحثية وطرق ابتكارية، كما خصها المشرع بحماية قانونية متميزة ضبطية وجزائية.

The Algerian legislator set the legal provisions for the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria, defined it by defining its characteristics, and it was affected by international repercussions on it, like other industrial sectors. The legislator also singled it out for distinct legal protection, seizure and penal.
