Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the level of psychological immunity of the medical staff at covid – 19 ward in the public hospital of metlili . the clinical approach was adopted through the study tools represented in the obervation and the interview guide through the semistructured interview and the application of likert psychological immunity scale and knowing the clinical features through the aspects of scale systems which inchude self – regulation ،adaptive confroutation, and containment .the study was conducted on a sample group of the medical stoff at covid – 19 ward consisting of four cases, their ages ranged between 24 and 35 years ( males and females ), during their confrontation with covid – 19 virus in its fourth stage in 2022 . the study resulted in the following : - The level of psychological immunity among the study group is high . - The clinical feture of the psychological immunity among the study group is charocteriged by the following order .first ، the containment system, them, self regulation system, and finally, the adaptive confrontation system .
