دور التكنولوجيا الحديثة وأثرها على تطبيق لوحة القيادة

Abstract

قد أصبح مهما عند الباحثين والمسيرين محاولة التعرف الدقيق على استخدامات تكنولوجياالمعلومات والاتصالات في المؤسسات ودرجة كثافتها، وربطها مع الأثر الذي تتركه على مستويات تطبيق لوحة القيادة لهذه المؤسسات. وهذا نظرا لما نراه اليوم من المنافسة والاحصائية والدراسات التي تبين التطور الكبير الذي يشهده قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. ومن خلال هذه فإننا حاولنا في هذه الدراسة تقييم كثافة وطرق استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وبالأخص التكنولوجيا المرتبطة بالأنترنت من قبل المؤسسات ومعرفة أثر هذه التكنولوجيات على مستويات تطبيق لوحة القيادة في المؤسسات المعنية من خلال عدة مؤشراتIt has become important for researchers and managers to try to accurately identify the uses of information and communication technology in institutions and the degree of their intensity, and link them with the impact they have on the levels of application of the dashboard for these institutions. This is due to the competition, statistics and studies that we see today that show the great development that the ICT sector is witnessing. Through this, we tried in this study to assess the intensity and methods of using information and communication technology, especially the technology associated with the Internet, by institutions, and to know the impact of these technologies on the levels of application of the dashboard in the concerned institutions through several indicators .
