Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى أبراز أثر تسيير الخزينة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية وذلك من خلال البحث في العلاقة بين الخزينة والأداء المالي في المؤسسة من الجانب النظري. تدعيما لذالك قمنا بإجراء دراسة حالة على شركة سونلغاز وحدة ورقلة، لتحديد الأثر المترتب عن تسيير الخزينة على أدائها، بالاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ، أما الجانب التطبيقي اعتمدنا على دراسة مختلف النسب والمؤشرات المالية، تحليل جدول تدفقات الخزينة لسنوات الدراسةThis study aims to highlight the impact of treasury management on the financial performance of the economic institution through research into the relationship between the treasury and financial performance in the institution from the theoretical side. To support this, we conducted a case study on Sonelgaz unit Ouargla, to determine the impact of treasury management on its performance, using the descriptive approach in the theoretical side, while the application side relied on the study of various ratios and financial indicators, analysis of the table of treasury flows for the years of study. The study concluded by diagnosing the financial situation of Sonelgaz Company and its findings that the institution enjoys a financial performance consistent with its financial position as the company enjoys full monopoly of various economic activities, but the institution must give the utmost importance to the treasury, in order to avoid falling into deficit. توصلت الدراسة من خلال تشخيص الوضعية المالية لشركة سونلغاز، والنتائج المتوصل إليها أن المؤسسة تتمتع بأداء مالي يتماشى مع المركز المالي لها كون الشركة تتمتع بالاحتكار التام لمختلف نشاطاتها الاقتصادية، لكن وجب على المؤسسة إعطاء الأهمية البالغة للخزينة، تفاديا للوقوع في العجز
