The present work is a contribution to the study of plant pathogenic potato pests in the Ghardaïa region. The main objective of this study is to detect in vitro the different phytopathogenic fungi and bacteria proliferating this strategic culture. Field surveys and macro and microscopic analyzes in the laboratory of samples of leaves, stems and tubers showed that the populations of fungi identified are : Aspergillusee niger with a frequency of 40%, Fusaruim solani 33% and Penicillium sp with 27 %. The leaves are attacked abundantly by Penicillium spp. The stems are parasitized mainly by Aspergillus Niger and the tubers by Fusaruim solan.i In terms of bacteria, the one responsible for the symptoms observed is Bacillus (Gram -) type with Oxidase and catalase positive. And according to the results obtained and the symptoms encountered in situ, it may be the Pseudomonas genus.EN_en
