أثر إدارة ضغوط العمل في المؤسسات الجزائرية في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة حالة المؤسسة الاستشفائية للصحة الجواريةببريان–غرداية -

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر آليات إدارة ضغوط العمل لدى عينة من عمال المؤسسة الاستشفائية للصحة الجواريةببريان ، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أعاد ضغوط العمل في كل من صراع وعبء الدور وغموض الدور وبيئة العمل في ظل جائحة كورونا ، وقد اتبعنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ، ودراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي وتم اجراء هذه الدراسة على عينة عشوائية ميسرة بلغت (60 ) ، ولتحليل البيانات للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسةوإختيار صحة فرضياتها وتمالإستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي ( SPSS ) وتم الوصول إلى نتائج أهمها : وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية0.05≥α ضغوط العمل على المؤسسات الجزائرية في ظل جائحة كورونا . This study aims to identify the impact of work stress management mechanisms on a sample of workers of the hospital institution for neighborhood health in Brian, and this study also aims to identify the dimensions of work stress in both conflict, role burden, role ambiguity and work environment in light of the Corona pandemic, and we have followed in this study The descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect, and the case study in the practical aspect, and this study was conducted on a random sample of (60) easy, and to analyze the data to answer the questions of the study and choose the validity of its hypotheses. A statistic at a significant level of α≤ 0.05, work pressures on Algerian institutions in light of the Corona pandemic.
