دور الصيرفة الالكترونية في تعزيز الشمول المالي - دراسة لعينة من الوكالات البنكية العاملة بولاية غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على دور الصيرفة الالكترونية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى الوكالات البنكية العاملة بولاية غرداية، وللإجابة على اشكالية الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي لتحليل الجوانب المختلفة لموضوع الدراسة، وقد تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، وتم تحليل هذه البيانات بواسطة برنامج SPSS وتطبيق كامل الأساليب الاحصائية، وقد توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:  يتم تطبيق الصيرفة الالكترونية وادواتها في الوكالات البنكية العاملة بولاية غرداية؛  الوكالاتThis study aims to shed light on the role of e-banking in promoting financial inclusion in Algeria, through a field study at the level of banking agencies operating in the state of Ghardaia, and to answer the question of the study, the analytical descriptive method was adopted to analyze the different aspects of the study topic, and the questionnaire tool was used to collect data, and this data was analyzed by SPSS software and applying all statistical methods. We came up with a set of results, the most important of which areE-banking and its tools are applied in banking agencies operating in Ghardaia;  Banking agencies operating in Ghardaia have a high level of financial inclusion;  E-banking has a significant role in promoting financial inclusion in banking agencies operating in Ghardaia.
