Abstract

هذا البحث هو دراسة لنظام الوقف في الشريعة وفي القانون، والمقارنة بينهما، ودور إدارة الوقف الشرعية والقانونية في حماية الوقف وفي تطويره، وبيان دور الديوان الوطني للأوقاف والزكاة في تسيير وتنظيم الوقف. This research is a study of the Endowment (donation) system in Sharia and the Law, and a comprison between them, and the role of the legal and religion administration of Endowment (donation) in protecting and developing the endowment, and an explanation of the role of the National Endowment and Zakat office in management and organisation of the Endowment.
