تدقيق نظم المعلومات المالية بإستخدام الذكاء الإصطناعي في الجزائر - دليل مقترح-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الأطروحة إلى تبيان متطلبات تدقيق نظم المعلومات المالية باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال تصميم إطار متكامل يساعد في تحسين عمليات تدقيق نظم المعلومات المالية وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على منهجية تصميم البحث الإجرائي ) ADR ( ونظرية السايبرنيتيك ) Cybernetics Theory ( لاستخلاص المتغيرات الداعمة لتطوير الإطار، مع التركيز على التشخيص الفعّال والتنظيم الذاتي في البيئة الجزائرية. في مرحلة التقييم تم تحليل الفوائد المتوقع الحصول عليها واهم التحديات التي يتوقع ان تعيق التطبيق. أسفر البحث عن تطوير دليل ) GAFISAI – Alegria (، الذي يوفر إطارًا عمليًا للممارسين ويساهم في تعزيز كفاءة الحوكمة والرقابة الذاتية This thesis aims to elucidate the requirements for auditing financial information systems using artificial intelligence by designing an integrated framework to enhance the auditing processes of financial information systems. The study employs the Action Design Research (ADR) methodology and Cybernetics Theory to derive the variables supporting the framework’s development, with a focus on effective diagnosis and self-regulation within the Algerian context. During the evaluation phase, the anticipated benefits were analyzed alongside the key challenges expected to hinder implementation. The research culminated in the development of the GAFISAI–Algeria guide, which provides a practical framework for practitioners and contributes to enhancing governance efficiency, self-regulation, and the readiness of financial information systems auditing in Algeriaوتحقيق جاهزية تدقيق نظم المعلومات المالية بالجزائر
