Abstract

The Crime Of Persecution Of Minorities Is One Of The Most Heinous And Most Horrific Crimes Against Humanity Because It Involves Severe Discrimination In Treatment, Whether Committed By Individuals Among Themselves Or By States Against Foreigners Or Their Subjects In A Grave And Serious Violation Of The Rights Of Basic Minorities, Despite The Fact That The Islamic Religion Guarantees These Rights And Prohibits Abuse Likewise, International Law Has Criminalized These Immoral Acts And Stipulated That The Perpetrators Should Be Punished After Adopting Appropriate International Or National Mechanisms To Reduce This Crime And Intensify The Punishment For Its Perpetrators, Regardless Of Their Positions And Ablutions, And This Is In Order For The World To Enjoy International Security And Peace.
