Abstract

The summary of the research: This is astudy of examples of IbnZaid′s Jurisprudential choices through the message that included a translation of the Sheikh, an introduction to the letter, and jurisprudential choices, examples of the sheikhs′ choices. -In terms of worship: the issue of a little water makes it impure, if a little impurity does not change it ,and the issue of reading Al-Fatiha in prayer , and the Sheikh believes it is obligatory in most of it, and prostrates its leave from a rak′ah other than the morning, and repeats it as a precaution. -In terms of personal status: the issue of feeding is in the expiation for dhihar, and the Sheikh chose to feed him owes the messenger′s debt,and the issue of not being forbidden for adultery is permissible(halal),and this is the Sheikh′s choice. -In terms of sales: the issue of differentiation in the same sex saved from dry fruits, and the sheikh′s choice not be obligatory ,and the issue of a lesser delivery time, and the Sheikh chose fifteen days. Finally , the most important findings and recommendations and a general indexing and others of his subjects.
