Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان واقع استخدام وسائل الدفع الالكتروني في البنوك التجارية، وذلك عن طريق جمع المعلومات من خلال المقابلة في البنك التنمية المحلية بغرداية.وتوصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أن البنوك التجارية في الجزائر تحاول مواكبة العصرنة بالرغم من الصعوبات والمعيقات وهناك تطور ملحوظ خلال السنوات الأخيرة مما ساعدها في تسهيل المعاملات وزيادة الأرباحThis study aims to elucidate the reality of the adoption of electronic payment methods in commercial banks, achieved through the collection of information via various tools within local development banks. The findings of this study indicate that commercial banks in Algeria are striving to keep pace with modernization despite the challenges and obstacles encountered. A noticeable development has occurred in recent years, which has contributed to the facilitation of transactions and an increase in profits .
