Abstract

تعتبر مؤسسة الأنابيب الناقلة للغاز من أهم المؤسسات بالجنوب الجزائري ودلك لكبر حصتها السوقية وإرتفاع رقم أعمالها بالإظافة إلى حساسية النشاط الذي تعمل فيه ةالمحتكر من طرف الدولة وتعاملاتها مع الخارج , الأمر الذي دفع المؤسسة إلى إستغلال طاقتها من أجل المحافظة على هذه المكانةThe ALFAPIPE Corporation is considered one of the most important institutions in the south of Algeria due to its large market share and high turnover, in addition to the sensitivity of the activity in which it operates, which is monopolized by the state and its dealings with abroad, which prompted the corporation to exploit all its energy in order to maintain this position
