إسهام أسرة المازوني في ميدان القضاء خلال العهد الزياني

Abstract

تُعرف هذه الدراسة بأسرة المازوني، والعصر الذي عاش فيه أفراد هذه الأسرة، وتُبرز مكانتها الاجتماعية، وتَذُكر أهم قضاتها ودورهم وكذلك موقفهم من خطة القضاء والدعوة لإصلاحها خلال الفترة المدروسة. كما تقدم صورة حول واقع القضاء والقضاة، وكذلك المجتمع، وتبين بعض المظاهر والسلوكيات والانحرافات التي أثرت على خطة القضاء وانعكست سلبا على المجتمع. The present study identifies and defines the Mazoni family and the period in which they lived , showing their social rank and mentions the most prominent judges and their role and attitude from the judiciary and the call to reform it in the mentioned period. It also presents an image about the reality of the judiciary and judges, as well as society, and shows some of the manifestations, behaviors and deviations that affected the judiciary and negatively affected society
