Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إليى تسليط الضوء على سياسة التوزيع الصحية حيث تعمل على توفير الخدمات الصحية بشكل عادل ومتساوي لجميع المرضى , تتضمن هذه السياسة توزيع المواد الصحية لتحقيق رضا المريض ودور توزيع الصحي ، تحسين الخدمة الصحية داخل المستشفيات ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدجراسة قمنا بدراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية 60 سرير ببريان حيدث حيث خلصت الدراسة على أن المؤسسة تنتهج سياسة التوزيع صحية من أجل تحسين الخدمة وتوفير خدمة لائقى للمريض ورغم الصعوبات التي تواجهها والتحديات إلا أنه يبقى رضا المريض من أوليات العاملين بلمستشفىThis study aims to shed light on health distribution policy, which works to provide healthcare services fairly and equally to all patients. This policy includes distributing healthcare resources to achieve patient satisfaction, and the role of health distribution is to improve healthcare services within hospitals. To achieve the goals of this study, we examined the case of the 60-bed public hospital institution in Berriane The study concluded that the institution adopts a health distribution policy to improve service and provide adequate care to patients despite the difficulties and challenges it faces. Patient satisfaction remains a priority for hospital staff.
