Abstract

هذا البحث هو دراسة فقهية لحالات ضمان الوكيل على مال الوقف ومال اليتيم، وأيضا الدراسة الفقهية لحالات إعفاء الوكيل من الضمان في مال الوقف أو مال اليتيم. This research is a jurisprudential study of the cases of the agent’s guarantee in the money of the endowment and the money of the orphan, and also a jurisprudential study of the cases of the agent’s exemption from the guarantee, in the money of the endowment or the money of the orphan.
