dc.description.abstractThis study addresses the topic of digital transformation in the higher education sector as a fundamental pillar through which various Arab countries seek to keep abreast of scientific and technological developments to keep abreast of current educational developments and address the disadvantages of globalization at the level of educational performance The study aims to adapt the digital environment to the approved strategy and assess it within the electronic requirements of higher education through the optimal use of modern communication technologies and their investment in the development of higher education and the operationalization of the informatics system and its impact on the quality of education.
