Abstract

إن دور مفتشية العمل في تسوية المنازعات العمل الفردية يكمن من خلال الدور الذي يلعبه مفتش العمل وذلك من خلال ما يخوله القانون له من متابعة هذا الإجراء منذ مراحله الأولى إلى غاية نهايته، وهذا بوجود مكتب مصالحة على مستوى هذا الجهاز، يتولى الفصل النهائي أو الحل الودي للنزاعات الفردية المعروضة أمامه وهذا مايضمن الحل الودي لهذه المنازعة شريطة إتباع الإجراءات المنصوص عليها.
