Abstract

The purpose of the study is to know the level of quality of life for a woman with breast cancer as well as identifying the differences with age and marital status and to achieve the aim of the study the quality of life scale has been applied for chronic patients to have life and its psychometric properties were confirmed (Honesty and constancy) on a sample of 34 infected women with breast cancer at university hospital IBN BADDIS CANCER CONTROL CENTER. Using the descriptive and appropriate statistical methods with the help of the statistical package for the social sciences (spss19) the following results were obtained; o The quality of life level for woman with breast cancer is intermediate. o There is a difference in the level of quality of life for the woman with breast cancer is related to social life (single\married). o There is no difference in the level of quality of life for the woman with breast cancer according to age.
