Abstract

Every economic corporation has its strategic objectives that aim to achieve, in order to continue its activities in an environment without risks. The majority of the organization concentrate on management of risks, and whatever risk they face, by adopting different strategy to avoid and correct those risks. In this topic I will shed light on one of the standards that manage the risks according to the requirement of the international standard ISO (31000.2009). Its specifications guide the corporation to manage their risks, those specifications clarify, analyze and estimate risks by correcting them according to the requirement of this corporation, where the management of risk became a part of their strategy based on scientific and operational strategy. The Algerian economic corporations look forward to apply those specifications in order to achieve that, our study of ALFAPIPE company () focus on how to apply those specifications
