ريادة الاعمال في المؤسسة -دراسة حال

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الض وء على مفهوم ريادة الا عمال من خلال الابعاد )المخاطرة، الميزة التنافسية، الابداع والابتكار(. وتم اختيار مؤسسة ملبنة الشيحية التي تعمل في انتاج الحليب ومشتقاته كحالة دراسة، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاعتماد على المقابلة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات وتم ذلك مع مسؤولين في ادا ةر المؤسسة ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها من خلال الدراسة أن ريادة الاعمال في المؤسسة تجعلها رائدة في أعمالها وتكسبها ميزة تنافسية ومواكبة التطور التكنولوجيThis study aims to shed light on the concept of entrepreneurship through its dimensions (risk, competitive advantage, creativity, and innovation). The Al-Shihiya Dairy Company, which operates in milk and dairy products production, was selected as a case study using the descriptive-analytical method, relying on interviews as a data collection tool with officials in the company. Among the key findings of the study is that entrepreneurship in the company makes it a leader in its field, giving it a competitive edge and keeping up with technological advancements
