دور إدارة الكفاءات في تحقيق الأداء المتميز دراسة ميدانية بالشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء و الغاز- مديرية التوزيع بالمنيعة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دورادارة الكفاءات في تحقيق الأداء المتميز بالشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء و الغاز- مديرية التوزيع بالمنيعة ، و لتحقيق غاية الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليليبالاعتماد على توزيع استبيان على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 51 من المسؤولين بالشركة، وقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ادارة الكفاءات بمختلف أبعادها -كل على حدا– و بين الأداء المتميزthe aim of thisresearch was identifying the role of the management of competencies in achieve the excellence performance in Algerian Electricity and Gas Company –El menia Distribution Directorate, in order torealisated thisgoal, the 51 questionnares was distributed on a random sample of managers of the studied company. the study cocluded that; there is the statistical significance relationship between dimensions of management of competencies– each separately- and excellence performance
