دراسة علاقة هيكل الملكية بالهيكل المالي في المؤسسات المدرجة في سوق الأوراق المالية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من مدى وجود علاقة بين هيكل الملكية والهيكل المالي، تم اسقاط الدراسة على عينة مكونة من عشر شركات خدماتية مدرجة في سوق عمان للأوراق المالية، خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 2016-2020، وباستخدام بيانات السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية، خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نسبتي ملكية كبار المساهمين والمسيرين لأسهم الشركات الخدماتية الأردنية وبين هيكلها المالي. The study aimed to verify the extent to which there is a relationship between the ownership structure and the financial structure. The study was projected onto a sample of ten service companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, during the period between 2016-2020, and using cross-sectional time series data, the study concluded that there is no There is a statistically significant relationship between the two percentages of ownership by major shareholders and managers of the shares of Jordanian service companies and their financial structure.
